Capella New York Cheesecake (V2) Concentrate

Capella New York Cheesecake Concentrate is great as a base for adding fruit or confectionery flavours to your own recipes, but is also delicious as a stand-alone flavour. No matter how you mix it, Capella New York Cheesecake Concentrate is a true New York Cheesecake Concentrate.
This is the new V2 version which is free of diketone (acetoin, diacetyl and acetylpropionyl).

This is a concentrated flavour that can be mixed in a DIY-E liquid and must not be evaporated without dilution.
We recommend mixing most Capella concentrates first with approx. 15% and then processing according to your personal taste.
